2025年4月29日，第12屆大圖們倡議能源理事會會議在遼寧大連舉行。會議由國家能源局國際合作司和大圖們倡議秘書處主辦，圍繞“綠色能源發展”主題，來自中國、蒙古、韓國、俄羅斯等大圖們倡議成員國、大圖們倡議秘書處、遼寧省發展和改革委員會、大連市人民政府、聯合國亞太經社會等國家和組織共同探討東北亞區域綠色能源發展和合作倡議。國家能源局國際合作司副司長董翔主持會議並講話，遼寧省發展和改革委員會副主任、能源局局長張楠代表承辦單位致歡迎辭。受國家能源局委托，188BETApp 國際河流水電開發生態環境研究工作委員會作為支持單位全程陪同參會，並代表中方在會議上作發言。

大圖們倡議機製於2005年成立，旨在促進圖們江地區以及東北亞區域的經濟合作，成員國包括中國、蒙古、韓國和俄羅斯。大圖們倡議能源理事會為司局級合作機製，於2009年成立，迄今已舉辦十二屆。

ESCIR Participates in the 12th Greater Tumen Initiative Energy Board Meeting

On April 29, 2025, the 12th Greater Tumen Initiative(GTI) Energy Board Meeting was held in Dalian, China. The meeting was co-hosted by Department of International Cooperation, National Energy Administration(NEA) of P. R. China and the GTI Secretariat. Centered around the theme of “Green Energy Development”, member countries of the GTI including China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, and Russia Federation, the GTI Secretariat, the Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Dalian Municipal People’s Government, and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) gathered to jointly discuss the development and cooperation initiatives of green energy in the Northeast Asian region. Mr. Dong Xiang, Deputy Director, Department of International Cooperation, NEA, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech. Mr. Zhang Nan, Deputy Director, Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Director of the Liaoning Provincial Energy Bureau, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the organizer. According to the arrangement by NEA, ESCIR participated in the meeting and delivered a presentation.

The GTI was launched in 2005 with the aim of promoting economic cooperation in the Tumen River area and the Northeast Asian region. Its member countries include China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, and Russia Federation. The GTI Energy Board is a director general level cooperation mechanism established in 2009. As of 2025, twelve sessions of the meeting have been held.
