中國大唐龍灘水電開發有限公司簡介

　　龍灘水電開發有限公司成立於1999年12月26日，是由中國大唐集團公司、廣西投資集團有限公司、貴州省開發投資有限責任公司按65%、30%、5%股份組成的有限責任公司。目前主要負責龍灘水電工程的建設和龍灘水力發電廠的生產管理。

　　龍灘水電工程是國家西部大開發的十大標誌性工程和西電東送的戰略項目之一，也是我國已投產發電的第二大水電工程。其裝機容量占紅水河可開發容量的35～40％，是紅水河梯級開發龍頭骨幹控製性工程。工程規劃總裝機容量630萬千瓦，安裝9台70萬千瓦的水輪發電機組，年均發電量187億千瓦時，相應水庫正常蓄水位400米，總庫容273億立方米，防洪庫容70億立方米。一期工程預計動態總投資330多億元。

　　龍灘水電工程的建設將創造三項世界之最：最高的碾壓混凝土大壩（最大壩高216.5米，壩頂長832米，壩體混凝土方量736萬立方米）；規模最大的地下廠房（長388.5米，寬28.5米，高74.4米）；提升高度最高的升船機（全長1800多米，最大提升高度179米；分兩級提升，其高度分別為88.5米和90.5米）。

　　主體工程於2001年7月1日正式開工，2003年11月6日實現大江截流，2006年9月30日提前下閘蓄水，2007年5月21日、7月20日、10月31日，龍灘工程1號、2號、3號機組相繼投入運行，分別比國家批複工期提前了8個月、11個月和14個月，2008年4月13日、8月24日、12月7日、12月23日，4號、5號、6號、7號機組又分別比國家批複工期提前了14個月、16個月、16個月、18個月投產。截止目前，龍灘工程已安全發供電650多天，累計發電量已超過200億千瓦時。

　　2008年1月，龍灘大壩一期工程提前全線封頂，工程提前一年全麵發揮整體綜合效益，創造了世界同類水電工程建設時間最快、質量最好的紀錄。2007年11月，龍灘大壩工程作為中國的唯一代表，被國際大壩委員會授予“碾壓混凝土國際裏程碑工程”榮譽稱號。
龍灘水電開發有限公司在中國大唐集團公司“兩型、四化、三個能力”的發展戰略指導下，全而打造“精品龍灘，綠色龍灘，和諧龍灘”，把龍灘水電工程建設成為精品工程，樣板工程，爭創魯班獎。

Brief Introduction of China Datang Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.

Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. was established on December 26, 1999. It is a
limited liability corporation, financed by a joint investment, with China Datang
Corporation holding 65% of the shares, Guangxi Investment Group Co., Ltd. 35% and
Guizhow Development and Investment Limited Liability Corporation 5%, respectively.
At present, this corporation undertakes mainly the construction of Longtan Hydropower
Project and the production management of Longtan Hydropower Plant.
Longtan Hydropower Project is one of the top ten symbolic and strategic projects in the
state’s Western Development Campaign and the project of Power Transmission from West to
East. It is also a second largest hydropower project in operation in China. As a key
controlling project in the Hongshui River cascade development, its installed capacity
accounts for 35～
40％ of the exploitable capacity in the Hongshui River. The total installed capacity is
6300 MW ，9 sets of 700 MW hydro-generator units are to be installed，with an annual generation of 18.7 billion kWh，normal pool level of 400 m，total reservoir capacity of 27.3 billion m3，and flood-control reservoir capacity of 7 billion m3. The total dynamic investment is estimated as
33 billion yuan RMB in stage 1.
Construction of Longtan Project will create three world records：the highest RCC dam（with max. dam height of 216.5 m，dam crest length 832 m，and concrete volume 7.36 million m3）；the greatest underground power house（388.5 m long，
28.5 m wide，and 74.4 m high）；the ship lift of the highest lifting height（the total length of 1800 m，with max. lifting height of 179 m；to be lifted in two stages，as 88.5 m 90.5 m respectively）.。
The main construction works were officially commenced on July 1, 2001; the river closure
was completed on November 6, 2003; the impoundment was started on September 30, 2006,
ahead of schedule; the units 1#, 2# and 3# were put into operation on May 21, July 20,
and October 31, 2007 , respectively, which was 8 months, 11 months and 14 months ahead
of the state-approved schedule1s, respectively. The units 4#, 5# , 6# and 7#were put into operation
on April 13, August 24, December 7 and 23, 2008, respectively, which was 14 months, 16
months , 16 months and 18 months ahead of the state-approved schedule1s, respectively. Up till present ，Longtan Project has been safely operating for electricity generation for 650 more days，with an accumulated electricity generation volume exceeding 20 billion kWh.
In January，2008, the fully sealing of the dam crest was completed ahead of schedule, which makes it
possible to exert Longtan Project’s integral overall efficiency one year earlier，creating a record of the shortest construction period with the best construction quality
in the similar projects in the world. In November 2007，Longtan Dam Project, as the only representative for China, was awarded an honorable title
of “RCC Project International Milestone” by the International Committee on Large Dams.
Under the guidance of China Datang’s development strategy of“Two Formations, Four
Standardizations， and Three Capabilities”，Longtan Hydropower Development is working hard to create a “ quality Longtan，
a green Longtan，and a harmonious Longtan”，so as to build Longtan Hydropower Project into a superior－
quality project，a model project，and to win the Lu Ban Prize.
