國網電力科學研究院簡介

　　國網電力科學研究院是國家電網公司的直屬科研單位，由國網南京自動化研究院和國網武漢高壓研究院重組整合而成立，主要從事電力係統自動化、交直流高電壓技術、水利水電工程測控、通信與信息工程、一次設備及其智能化、電力電子、軌道交通及工業控製技術的研究、開發和應用。國網電力科學研究院是國家科技部“國家電力自動化工程技術研究中心”、國家發改委 “電力係統自動化-係統控製和經濟運行國家工程研究中心”、國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局“國家高電壓計量站”和國家電網公司“特高壓交流試驗基地”的依托單位。南京南瑞集團公司和武漢華瑞集團公司是國網電力科學研究院為促進科研成果產業化而創辦的高新技術企業。南瑞集團公司主要從事電力係統自動化、水利水電工程測控、通信與信息工程、電力電子、軌道交通及工業控製、智能一次設備的研製生產、軟件開發、係統集成和工程服務，具有計算機信息係統集成一級資質，是第二批國家創新型試點企業、“國家火炬計劃重點高新技術企業”、“中國軟件百強企業”和“中國自主品牌軟件十強企業”，被評為“中國十大創新軟件企業”和“國家認定企業技術中心”。華瑞集團公司主要從事高壓測試儀器儀表、計量測試儀器儀表、高壓電纜附件及防雷接地產品等研發、生產和銷售。

　　國網電力科學研究院和南瑞集團公司、華瑞集團公司實行統籌運行管理，下設21個研究所和8個分公司，投資創立了9個產業子公司。在武漢設有院區，在北京、上海、深圳等地建有科研和產業基地，在北京、上海、武漢、成都、廣州等地設立了營銷及工程服務中心。由南瑞集團公司發起設立的以電網監控為主營業務的“國電南瑞科技股份有限公司”在上交所上市（股票代碼：600406），在資本市場展現了良好的高新技術企業形象。

　　2007年國網電力科學研究院簽訂銷售合同超過51億元，實現銷售收入38億元，合同額和銷售收入均處於業界領先水平，為推動我國技術進步和經濟發展作出了貢獻。

Brief Introduction to State Grid Electric Power Research Institute

State Grid Electric Power Research Institute (SGEPRI) is a key comprehensive scientific
research and development institute directly affiliated to the State Grid Corporation of
China (SGCC). For the requirement of organizational adjustment and reconstruction, SGEPRI
was established by SGCC in June 2008, which merged Nanjing Automation Research Institute
and Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute. The new institute engaged in the theoretical
research, applications of new technologies and development of new products in the areas
of electric power system and its automation, AC & DC high voltage technologies, water
conservancy & hydroelectric power measuring and control, power system communication and
IT engineer, power primary equipment and its intellectual ability, power electronic, rail
traffic and industry automation. SGEPRI is a prop unit of National Engineering Research
Center of Power Automation (NERC) established by the Ministry of Science and Technology,
National Engineering Research Center for Electric Power System Automation – Control and Economic Operation (NERC-EPSACEO) set up by the national Development and Reform Commission, State HV Measuring
Station authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and
Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China and UHV AC Test Base set up by SGCC.
Nanjing NARI Group Corporation and Wuhan WHVRI Group Corporation Ld. are high-tech enterprises set up by State Grid Electric Power Research Institute to further
promote
the transformation of the results of the research and development into commercial mass
production. NARI is mainly engaged in development, manufacture, system integration, and
engineering service in power system and its automation, water conservancy & hydroelectric
power measuring and control, power system communication and IT engineer, power electronic,
rail traffic and industry automation and intellectual power primary equipments. NARI is
certified with the Grade-
A Qualification for Integration of Computer Information System, and is listed as one of
the Key Hi-tech Enterprises of National Torch Program, and ranks among China’s Top 100 Software
Enterprises. Since 2004, NARI has been awarded and listed as the “National Excellent
System Integration Enterprise”, “Excellent Software Enterprise”, “One of Ten Major
Innovative Software Enterprises in China”, “One of Top Ten Enterprises of Incomings from
Software Products with Their Own Trademarks”, and the National Technical Center of
Enterprise. WHVRI mainly focuses at the technical study on the HV cable accessories,
the testing and measuring technology for high voltage and large current, and the lightning
protection and grounding of electric networks as well as the product developments.
State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, Nanjing NARI Group Corporation and Wuhan
WHVRI Group Corporation Ld. exercise a centralized management of operations planned as a
whole. The headquarter office is in Nnajing. SGERRI has 21 research institutes and 8
companies. It has established 9 industrial subsidiaries, e.g. NARI Technology Development
Co., Ltd ( Stock code: 600406), Nanjing NARI-Relay Electric Co. etc. It possesses scientific research and production bases in Nanjing,
Wuhan, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and sets up marketing and engineering service center
in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Guangzhou.
In 2007, the contracts SGEPRI signed totally worth more than 5.1 billion yuan. And over
3.8 billion yuan of the revenue from sales was realized.
SGEPRI takes the undertakings of supporting the advancement of science and technology in
