　　國電南京自動化股份有限公司（簡稱：國電南自）是1999年11月18日在上海證券交易所上市的電力係統首家高科技上市公司，被譽為中國電力高科技第一股，公司代碼600268，現控股方為中國華電集團。國電南自前身南京電力自動化設備總廠始建於1940年，自新中國成立以來，在電力及自動化領域，創造過多項全國第一。現公司主要從事輸變電繼電保護、電網自動化、電廠自動化、水電自動化、工業及軌道交通自動化、電力節能環保、水環保工程、土工與大壩等專業領域的技術研究、產品開發、生產銷售和工程服務，是國家火炬計劃重點高新技術企業、十佳（中國）創新型傑出企業、國家電力自動化產業基地骨幹企業。2008年公司定向增發成功後，根據華電集團的整體戰略，以南自研究院、四大自動化分公司（電網、電廠、水利水電、工業自動化）、南自電氣分公司的“1＋4＋1”模式運營，整個產業分布在以國電南自高科技軟件園為龍頭、以國電南自（江寧）高新科技園、國電南自（浦口）高新科技園為兩翼的“一體兩翼”規劃布局之中，實現了上市公司和南自總廠的一體化整合，整合後的國電南自生產經營更加科學，發展脈絡更加清晰，公司步入新的曆史發展階段。

Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. (referred to as SAC hereinafter) is the first high scientific
and technical enterprise of the state power system publicly listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, whose
stock shares are mostly controlled by the China Huadian Corporation.
The initiator Nanjing Electric Power Automation Equipment General Factory was founded in 1940,
which had achieved quite a lot of firsts in electric power and automation field since China was
founded. At present, the company is mainly engaged in the technical research, product development,
production, sales and engineering service in the fields of power transmission and distribution
protection, power grid automation, power plant automation, water resource and electricity automation,
industrial and rail transit automation, electric energy saving and environment protection, water
environment protection engineering, geotechnical engineering and main dam. The company has won the
honors of Key High Scientific & Technical Enterprise of State Torch Plan, Top ten (Chinese)
Outstanding Innovative Enterprises, and Backbone Enterprise of State Power Automation Industrial
Base.
